100% Yes...we have the legal documentation and taken the process to be able to certified that yes we are Australian Made. If you check the official Australian Made website you will see our company listed.

ORDERING

Yes we have a range of buy now pay later options, including Afterpay, Laybuy, Zip Pay and Latitude. You will see them all in the checkout process after you enter your details.

If unsure, check your email for confirmation. Sometimes they end up in your junk folder so make sure to check there. If you have the email then yes we have your order.

Unfortunately not. Due to the large scale of orders we ship daily, this isn't possible as your first order will have already been packed, weighed and postage paid for. 

Unfortunately, we do not have access to this information when you have trouble checking out on Afterpay, or any other payment provider. You are best to contact them directly with your issue. 

We don't muck around, we ship all orders within 24 hours, excluding public holidays and weekends. Generally if you order before 1pm on a weekday your order is gone the same day. 

Please note Australia Post are having delays with orders and once your parcel is in their hands time frames are out of our hands. 

100% yes! We do not send anything without tracking. You will receive an email with tracking details once your order has been fulfilled. Please check your junk folder as sometimes they end up there. 

Upon your order being fulfilled you will receive a tracking number via email. Please check your junk folder if you have not received it. Use this tracking number to visit the Australia Post website and track your order.

We are sorry this has happened. We try our best to package your order with care but in transit these things happen. Not to worry, send us a photo of your damaged order to info@enviouscustomz as soon as you receive it so we can sort it our for you. Alternately you can contact us via our facebook page.  

No, our orders are sent without invoices or packing slips. 

PRODUCTS

Sorry we don't have free samples. We do however offer the body wash in small 50ml sizes for you to try, and also wax melt shot pots. These are available in the entire range so if you are having trouble deciding which candy scents you would like to try these are the perfect alternative before committing to purchasing the larger items. 

Unfortunately we cannot give time frames on restocks. When an item is out of stock a bar will appear on the side for you to sign up to be notified when restocked

No, not now or ever!!

Yes all our products are made at our production warehouse in Berrinba, QLD. All our ingredients and supplies are sourced locally. We proudly sport the Australian Made Logo which you will see on our product labels. 

Our antibacterial spray is skin and surface safe This means you can use it to sanitize your hands, your bench tops...just about anywhere....leaving a candy scent without the clinical smell. 

All our products are handmade, we try our hardest to match with every batch but sometimes this isn't possible, Not to worry....the colour does not affect the products in any way.
