Dispatch:
As a handmade business, we strive to make and ship your order within 1-5 business days. However, during high-volume periods or sales, it may take up to 10 business days. You will receive an order confirmation email upon placing your order, followed by a shipping confirmation email once your order is ready for dispatch (up to 10 days as noted above). Delivery time frames after dispatch are as follows:

Standard Post: Please allow up to 10 business days* for delivery after dispatch.
Express Post: Please allow up to 4 business days* for delivery after dispatch.
International Shipping (NZ ONLY):
International Standard: Please allow up to 15 business days* for delivery after dispatch.
International Express: Please allow 4-7 business days* for delivery after dispatch.
*Delivery times may vary as the Courier can experience delays from time to time which are beyond our control. Always refer to your tracking or the carrier website for updates.
Free Shipping:
Australia: Free Standard Shipping for orders over $100 AUD. We reserve the right to change or remove our Free Shipping policy at any time.
Processing Time:
Please note that Australia Post's EXPRESS postage option ensures faster transit time once your order is dispatched. Choosing EXPRESS postage does not expedite the dispatch process, but your order will be shipped via Australia Post's EXPRESS network once ready. Please account for weekends and public holidays when the Post Office is closed.
Combining Orders:
Our system will generally identify if you have placed two orders prior to dispatch and will automatically combine them, refunding any additional postage paid. Alternatively, you can contact us at info@enviouscustomz.com for any queries.

Responsibility:
Once the goods have been accepted by the postal contractor, we cannot be held responsible for the delivery. Ensure that the shipping address provided is complete and accurate. We are not liable for incorrect address details and any additional shipping costs incurred due to such errors.
