Subscription Box Cancellation Policy
When you purchase a subscription you'll receive repeat deliveries. These are based on the subscription duration and frequency that you select.
Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each of these deliveries, unless you choose to pay in advance.
Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you don't want to renew a subscription you can cancel it.
If you want to cancel or change your subscription, you can do it at any time. Your order confirmation emails have links to your order. You can manage your subscription from there.

Envious Customz Subscription Box Terms and Conditions:
By purchasing & subscribing to our Monthly or 3-Monthly boxes, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions outlined in this policy. We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time, and subscribers will be notified of any changes.
1. Subscription Renewal:
1.1 Envious Customz subscription boxes operate on a monthly or 3-monthly auto-renewal basis.
1.2 By subscribing and making a purchase, you have agreed to the automatic renewal of the subscription boxes. Your mode of payment will be charged on an auto-renewal basis until you choose to skip or cancel the subscription.
1.3 Our boxes change monthly, and subscribing to the same box twice in one month will result in receiving the same items.
2. Purchase Finalisation:
2.1 All subscription purchases are final. Refunds and exchanges are not provided.
2.2 Prior to purchasing, please ensure to address any questions by contacting us at info@enviouscustom.com. Past box photos are available on our website and social media pages, and we are happy to answer any inquiries in advance.
3. Auto-Renewal Process:
3.1 Subscriptions auto-renew on the anniversary of your original purchase, either monthly or every three months.
3.2 To avoid renewal, cancel your subscription 72 hours before the renewal date.
4. Customisation and Substitution:
4.1 Boxes and items cannot be customised or substituted. For a personalised selection, or if you have a particular taste, then these boxes may not be for you. We recommend exploring and shopping from our online store.
5. Allergies and Sensitivities:
5.1 Consider allergies or sensitivities when ordering, as our products contain a variety of natural ingredients. We cannot guarantee exclusions.
6. Product Selection at Random:
6.1 Our subscription boxes are designed to provide a diverse and exciting selection of our home bath and body products, depending on the style of box you have chosen.
6.2 Each box is curated with differently every month, and the selection process involves randomisation to create a unique experience for our subscribers.
6.3 Randomisation ensures that each subscriber receives an assortment of our high-quality products, while getting to trial our extensive range. We understand that everyone has different likes and tastes and we will endeavour to make these boxes amazing.
7. Delivery Responsibilities:
7.1 We are not responsible for Auspost delivery delays or delivery to incorrect addresses.
7.2 Update your shipping address before renewal charges if you have changed addresses. Paid orders will not update if you log in after the charge goes through.
7.3 Enquiries about missing or damaged boxes must be made to info@enviouscustomz.com within 7 days of the original delivery date. While we rectify mistakes on our end, we are not liable for stolen packages or delayed deliveries.
8. Subscription Pause and Resumption:
8.1 Understand that financial situations may lead to temporary cancellations. You can control your subscription by pausing and cancelling at any time. If payment has been taken before you cancel your box will ship and we are not held responsible for refunding.
8.2 Upon resubscribing after canceling or pausing, note that you will receive the box correlating with the month of your subscription, regardless of the day.
