From opening and weaving individual chainmaille links to shaping, soldering and finishing sterling silver, each piece takes time and care.

If your piece is already finished and ready to wander, it will be shipped sooner.

We use carefully selected, high-quality materials throughout the collection.

Sterling Silver — Pendants, rings and other silver pieces are made using quality 925 sterling silver.

Stainless Steel — Chains and selected chainmaille pieces are made using durable stainless steel, chosen for its strength, longevity and everyday wearability.

Natural Stones — Gemstones and opals are natural materials, so colour, pattern, inclusions and character will naturally vary. These differences are part of what makes each piece unique.

Your Ward & Wander piece is handmade, so a little care goes a long way.

Keep your jewellery away from perfumes, lotions, chemicals, chlorine and salt water, and remove it before showering, swimming, exercising or sleeping where possible.

Gently wipe your piece with a soft, dry cloth after wearing and store it somewhere dry and safely away from other jewellery.

Sterling silver will naturally tarnish over time and can be gently polished with a silver polishing cloth. Stainless steel and chainmaille are durable but should still be treated with care, while natural stones and opals can be more delicate and should be protected from knocks, scratches and sudden temperature changes.
